Silver Lake Together’s next community policing meeting with officers of LAPD’s Northeast
Division will take place at 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 22 on Zoom 6:30 p.m., Monday, March 22 on Zoom (following the LADWP presentation at 6:00).
With an uptick in violent crime and robberies, especially in adjacent communities like Echo Park, this will be an important opportunity to voice concerns and learn from LAPD. Silver Lake Community Church Pastor Kyle will attend the virtual meeting and remedies for unhoused neighbors and concerns about mental health issues will also be addressed.
