LAPD Toy Drive Brings Cheer to Kids

On Saturday the 11th, LAPD’s Northeast Division made over 250 kids very happy at their annual holiday event. Organized by LAPD officers, the festivities took place in the Northeast community room, which was decorated like Santa’s village. Senior Lead Officer Lenny Davis said extra toys were donated to local schools homeless shelters. “Next year, we hope to triple the number of kids we can treat,” said Davis.
