The Silver Lake Wildlife Sanctuary folks recently pointed us to a website that tracks the
flight of birds as they migrate. The BirdCast site includes specific information for Los
Angeles County, so if you're curious about what's up there (other than planes and
helicopters), click on the link. The Silver Lake reservoirs are regular way stations for many
migratory birds and home to many others.
