Speaking of slowing down: in April, residents were awaken by the frightening, but
growingly familiar, sounds of “muscle cars” racing and creating havoc at the intersection of
Armstrong Avenue, West Silver Lake Drive and Angus Street. Fortunately no one was
injured and there was no property damage—this time. Please call 911 if/when you witness
this kind of illegal behavior. These are not victimless crimes and it’s a dangerous trend in
Los Angeles.
